We follow steps and processes to make ceramic tiles:
Selection of raw materials, including minerals, clays, quartz, feldspar, and other additives.
Prepared materials are measured and mixed for creating a ceramic body, while the mixture undergoes dry and wet milling.
Ceramic powder is formed into tile dimensions using industrial technique of hydraulic press that compresses powder to develop tiles shapes.
Newly formed shaped tiles contain moisture; therefore, controlled drying is important before processing.
Application of gaze, patterns, textures, digital printing, colours, and patterns depends on the type of products.
Our tiles go through high-temperature firing, where kilns transform them into strong and durable ceramic products.
Post-firing process involves polishing, surface finishing, sizing, calibration, quality checks and sorting.

Third Fired Tiles as Design-Driven Tiles
Built with a ready-made base, our third fired tiles require special printing, glazing and decorative effects separately. These tiles are customised work, which includes thematic murals, personalised artworks, exclusive colour schemes, and unique imagery.
The base of third fired tiles is ceramic, vitrified, and porcelain. However, the choice of the base depends on the use of finished tile. Additional firing adds rich details, premium visual effects, and layered textures, while this technique works across all these bases.
